Life at Terrasol: how a small team builds carefully

Life at Terrasol · 4 July 2026 · 5 min read

Fewer projects, longer conversations and a studio culture where architecture, site and sales sit at the same table.

Terrasol is deliberately small. We run a limited number of developments at any one time so that the people who draw a building are the same people who walk its site and hand over its keys.

Every project starts with a full-team review: design, construction, commercial. Nothing is passed down a chain. If a detail cannot be justified to the person who will build it, it does not stay in the drawing.

We hire for care rather than volume. Attention to a junction, a threshold or a client email matters more here than speed, because the buildings outlast every deadline attached to them.

Our studio week has a rhythm: Monday planning, midweek site visits, Friday design critique. It keeps everyone close to the physical work rather than only to the schedule.
